Looking to lease farmland in SE Oklahoma to a motivated grow team.

Property is suitable for indoor, greenhouses, or outdoor grow. SE OK has long growing season and warm, humid climate. Property is hidden from road and bounded by dense woodlands on all sides but has electric/water running to property. We own adjacent properties which are used for pastureland to raise cattle and for hunting. Very quiet and private area. There are also two very clean residential properties available for rent onsite. One home is a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath. The other is a 2 bed, 2 bath. Both have accessory structures that can be included in lease. One accessory structure could be finished for indoor grow operation-currently on the schedule to have 400 amp service run to it. An additional structure is suitable for drying shed.
