Nice property that has good level soil with 3 phase power on the property for greenhouses or whatever you desire to put on the property. We will maintain the licenses and lease you the 2 acres for $6,000 per month with no fees or percentages. When you harvest we will charge a 20% broker fee to sell the product or you can find your own salesperson and just pay them to sell it. We also will have a Process house so you can use our license to process your goods. You can grow it, package it, trim it, do your own Pre-Rolls, and eatables. You must build your own OMMA Compliance fence, greenhouse and you will be responsible to get your power to your lot but the power is already on the property. We have water wells on the property (2 of them) that we will get the water to you but we are not responsible for the water in case the well goes dry. You must stay in compliance with the state of OK and we will help you do all of that as well. You can also put an RV on the property to stay in as well for no additional fee.
